INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION

We accept any submission type in any format. This includes, but is not limited to:

Nonfiction  Fiction  Audio  Memoir  Criticism  Drama  Photography  Essays  Graphic Novels  Humor  Interviews  Reviews  Visual Art  Graphic Design  Poetry  Translation  Research  Fashion  Food

Print, Digital, Audio, Video, File, etc.

Please provide an email for which you will be easily contactable at. 

Accepted contributors will have their work published in the upcoming issue and can also have their work featured on this website for one week. They will also receive an online or print copy of the issue they were accepted for.

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR NAME ON YOUR SUBMISSION!

We do not accept AI Generated work.

It is your responsibility to ensure your submission does not infringe any other magazine or publication's submission/publication rules.

Specific text/file type requirements are listed in the form below.

Please ensure your submission relates to the overall concepts of our zine (climate advocacy) and the current issue theme (currently "Chow Down").

Simultaneous and pre-published works are accepted for all submission types.

Catalogue Zine Submissions

We are currently accepting submissions in the following formats:

Text including poems (<400 lines), memoirs/fiction (<3,000 words)

Photography and Art (.jpeg, .png, or .pdf via link)

Videos <30 minutes in length: (.mp4 format via link)

We may have to split up the content when promoting.

Longer Graphic Narratives/Collections (<20 pages)

Anything else/hybrid as long as it fits through the form, go ahead! DM us on instagram (@cataloguezine) if you would like to confirm it works!

Please format your file name as “initialstitle” (ex: John Doe, Climate Change = jdclimatechange).


Your work MUST BE YOURS and CANNOT BE AI.


You keep the right to your work after you submit it. You may submit the work to another publication simultaneously or after it has been published in Catalogue.

Entered information about your name, contact, and submission will only be used for the purpose of featuring your work in Catalogue Zine.

Information about where you heard about Catalogue Zine will only be collected to monitor how people hear of Catalogue Zine. Your entry will be linked to you.

We will not take credit for your work and will provide accurate and full attribution should your work be accepted. Your work may be shared within the Catalogue Team for editing purposes.

You have the right to protest and request changes to how your work is represented on our website/social media/zine.

Information about the quality of your experience will only be used to provide improvements to our website. Your entry will be linked to you.

Catalogue Zine ("we") is not responsible for any use of this website and form outside of our own statements and creation of the form.

We hold the right to terminate your order at any time.

We cannot be held accountable for any submission to this form, nor to any use of this website beyond what is reasonable and explicitly allowed.

Submissions must not be illegal, be used to harass others, or harm them and/or their property.

Submissions must align with the publication regulations of other magazines. We cannot be held accountable should your submission or you yourself have broken the rules of other magazines and we hold the right to refuse your submission at any time, including when we receive notice that you or your submission has broken magazine regulations.

Submissions must be your own work.

We have the right to refuse your submission at any time.

You are required to ensure your submission and this form conforms to laws in your area.

We are not responsible for any online outside interferences (i.e. viruses) that lead to the loss, misrepresentation, or misuse of submitted material, or to personal property of users.
