Issue 02 is also full of articles about the modern state and movement that is climate justice, and how you can get involved in a real, important, and easy way.

Look at that! We're almost at the end of the tunnel. I hope you guys are as excited as we are for the release of this new issue.
First of all, I'd like to thank everyone for the massive amount of support we received for this issue. It's really hard to do something like this with such a small team, but everyone's excitement and participation makes it all worth it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
The theme of this issue is "Cultural Roots", and you might ask yourself, "what does culture have to do with climate change?" It's a good question, especially because climate is often framed as an issue of purely science.
To answer this question, we need to go back. Climate change is ultimately an issue of ideology: it is the product of the belief that a person has the right to assert their dominion without respect
onto nature and others, taking more than they need for their own selfish gain. So, what is the opposite of this?
It's the protection and respect of cultures. The unity of different peoples for a common goal and the solidarity through strife and difficulty. When we protect culture, we protect the practices that bring us together and that protect the Earth and all its inhabitants. Respecting culture

Catalogue Zine accepts almost any type of submission that is your own work and thoughts. This includes pre-published work, artwork, prose, poetry, photography, digital design, spoken word, speeches, essays, research, science, physical artwork (please submit pictures), booklets, novels, short stories, songs, and so much more. We prefer submissions that relate to our main topic--climate justice--and our issue theme--currently "cultural roots".
There is currently no set due date for issue 02 submissions. However, it would be beneficial for both you and us to submit earlier rather than later, as we can place the submission into the zine earlier.
By submitting your work, you join a communal effort for the betterment of people and our world and help fight against injustice. Through this, you can share your voice to speak up against discrimination, political issues, and climate change. If you're interested in civil rights or environmental science, this is the place for you.

It would be amazing if you could take a look at our zine! It is the product of many month's stress and pain but also love, appreciation, and hope. All who contributed worked so hard and I am proud to present their labor.
If you feel existential about climate justice, or struggle with finding purpose in the world, this zine is for you. The hopes and pains of being a human are intrinsically woven through the speech of this zine, and I hope that they inspire you to find purpose, hope, and a new hunger for action.
